Wes, a native of Goldsboro, is passionate about serving the Wayne County community and supporting its citizens. He graduated from Wayne Country Day School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2000, he founded Eagles Properties, Inc., a company that has grown with a primary focus on property management. In 2010, Wes and his wife Catherine, the Broker-in-Charge, established RE/MAX Complete to provide comprehensive real estate brokerage services. Wes has dedicated over 20 years to building a full-service real estate model. Celebrating over 28 years with Catherine, they have two wonderful daughters and a lively household with two golden retrievers, Maggie and Annie, and a cat, Lilly.
Megan oversees rent collection, owner payments, and various accounting responsibilities. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and determined personality make her an ideal fit for this role. She joined our team in December 2020 as a maintenance coordinator and later served as a property manager. Originally from Las Vegas, NV, Megan has called Goldsboro, NC, home since 2014. She has been married since 2013, to her husband James, a proud military veteran. She is a loving mother of three and has earned her B.S. in Paralegal Studies.
Michelle conducts our annual and final inspections, bringing over 30 years of experience to the role. She previously held a general contractor license in 16 states, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, and has overseen the rehabilitation of over 200 homes. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Michelle and her husband have three wonderful daughters. In her free time, she enjoys family outings and fishing along the intercoastal waterways.
Michelle plays a key role in supporting application processes, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and assisting with various leasing needs. With years of experience in both real estate and customer service, she is a perfect fit for this position. A lifelong resident of Goldsboro, Michelle has called the area home for over 40 years. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Charles, and they have two grown sons and a beloved fur-baby, Sebastian.
Cindi manages work orders, coordinates repairs, and assists owners with maintenance needs. She is highly qualified for this role, holding a B.A. in History from NCSU and a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Duke University. Born and raised in Goldsboro, Cindi spent five years in California but now calls Wayne County home, where she lives with her two cats, Clay Matthews and Khaleesi, her dog, Theo, and her bearded dragon, Finn. In her free time, Cindi enjoys exploring the outdoors with Theo.
Roxana is responsible for managing tenant inquiries, providing customer support, and handling various administrative tasks. Her background in administrative support, along with her bilingual skills in English and Spanish, make her an excellent fit for this role. Born and raised in Johnston County, Roxana has a strong connection to Eastern North Carolina and a passion for supporting small businesses. She actively embraces and integrates her cultural background into her professional endeavors.
