Kim is a Military Spouse originally from Arizona. Graduating from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an Emphasis in Social Work. She joined our team part time in 2016, becoming full time in 2018. Her passion for helping others led her to property management and the real estate industry. She has since achieved her Notary and Real Estate License.
Brenda Brady is a native to Goldsboro, she brings a strong background in customer service and banking industry. Her main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day tenant relations. After a short time in the property management industry, she found a joy in real estate which as led her to gain her NC Real Estate License.
Joslyn joined our team in 2019, her friendly personality and willingness to help others is contagious. Her primary background is customer service which comes out when speaking with her either on the phone or in person. Joslyn enjoys showing our perspective tenants homes in hopes to find their next dream home. She strives on customers satisfaction in every interaction she has.
Mary’s varied background in banking and property management provided the perfect foundation for understanding people’s needs and their values.
Lauren was born and raised in the state of Washington, and joined our team in November 2018 shortly after moving to Goldsboro. Currently an online student at Kansas State University, Lauren earned her Associate Degree in Accounting from Butler Community College. Lauren handles both accounts receivable and payable for the company.
Goldsboro native, Ashley Alexander joined our team in February 2015. Graduating from Mount Olive College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Ashley handles most of the financial aspects of the company.
As a native of Goldsboro, Wes Eagles has a profound knowledge and love for Goldsboro and Wayne County alike. Wes was inspired by his Grandfather, L.E. Summerlin, at a young age working as an apprentice in his local real estate business.
