Before you begin:
Our application process is as follows: We do credit and criminal background checks, verify income, and perform rental reference if you have rental history.
Evictions or unpaid money judgments are an automatic denial. Our formula for income approval is: monthly income before taxes X 30% = what you qualify for in rent.
Any tenant that will be residing in the applied address over the age of 18 (including children over 18 that are living at home) must submit a separate application and is subject to a background check.
To further the application process, we will need the following supporting documents.
- Verifiable Income (ie. LES, latest paystub, awards letter, VA Entitlement, etc.)
- Picture Identification
- Rental Verification (if applicable – please see our office staff for form)
- $50 (cash only) per applicant
- You may be asked for additional information if needed.
- Security Deposit Is Non-Refundable After 72 Hours
